Installation trouble, a strategy behaving unexpectedly, or a setting you cannot find. Include your NinjaTrader version, the product name, and a screenshot of your chart or Control Center log — it usually gets us to an answer in one reply instead of four.

Machine ID or billing
Most of this is now self-serve: replace a machine ID, add a second machine, or download your files again from your account at any time. If something is stuck, email us and we will unstick it.
